At Oakcha, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to make the return process as simple as possible.
Returns Accepted
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
- Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Eligible product condition: New, unused, and in original packaging
- Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Include your order number and reason for return in your message.
- Our team will review your request and send you a prepaid return shipping label by email.
- Download and print the return label, securely package your item, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account. This processing time is outside our control.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return, unless the product is defective or was damaged upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oakcha.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
