What type of fragrances does Oakcha sell?

All Oakcha fragrances are crafted as extrait de parfum, with up to 30% fragrance oil concentration. Our fragrance oils are sourced from France. This means you get long-lasting, intense scent performance at an accessible price — no compromises.

How many fragrances do you offer?

Are Oakcha fragrances inspired by designer brands?

Oakcha creates luxury-inspired fragrances that stand on their own quality and craftsmanship. Each scent is formulated with French fragrance oils to deliver exceptional performance.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are outside the US, please contact us to inquire about options.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and transit takes approximately 8–12 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 9–14 business days from your order date. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

What is the order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Chicago time (Central Time) on a business day are typically processed that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. The total amount — including any shipping fees — is shown clearly before you complete your purchase.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it on our Track Your Order page. Please allow 24–48 hours after your shipping confirmation for tracking to become active.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns of unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery, for both defective and non-defective products.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at support@oakcha.shop or +1 312 573 4095 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will send you a prepaid return label by email.

Are return labels free?

Yes — Oakcha provides a free prepaid return shipping label. Simply download, print, and drop off your package. There is no restocking fee.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI DSS-compliant, SSL-encrypted checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The total shown at checkout — including product price, shipping, and any applicable taxes — is exactly what you will be charged.
