Where We Ship
Oakcha currently ships to addresses within the United States. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in Oakcha products, please contact us.
Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Chicago time (Central Time)
- Processing days: Monday through Friday
- Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are provided in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden shipping charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment on our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after your shipping confirmation for tracking to become active.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Oakcha is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@oakcha.shop or +1 312 573 4095.
Delays and Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number for the latest status, then contact us at support@oakcha.shop and we will investigate on your behalf.
