All prices on Oakcha are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your bank or card account uses a different currency, your financial institution will apply the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees.

When You Are Charged

Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful payment.

Payment Security

All transactions on oakcha.shop are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Our checkout is powered by Shopify's PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure, ensuring your financial information is protected at every step.

No Hidden Fees

The total amount shown at checkout — including product price, any applicable taxes, and shipping costs — is the full amount you will be charged. There are no additional hidden fees or surcharges applied after checkout.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable US state tax laws. Tax amounts are shown before you complete your purchase.

Refunds
