Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Oakcha containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from support@oakcha.shop.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing (1–2 business days), your order will be in transit for approximately:
- United States: 8–12 business days in transit
- Total estimated delivery: 9–14 business days from order date
Delivery estimates are provided in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) and are not guaranteed dates.
Tracking Not Updating?
If your tracking number is not showing updates yet, please note:
- Allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking to activate in the carrier's system.
- Tracking may pause during weekends or public holidays.
- If tracking has not updated after 5 business days from your shipping confirmation, please contact us.
